Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact fromthefarm@castironprints.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
